Overview

Caltrans new Commuter Cars were manufactured by Siemens Transportation in Sacramento where RQS, Inc. Inspectors provided inspection and surveillance services in the factory, during production of the new Commuter Cars for Caltrans.

Project Scope

RQS, Inc. Inspectors & technical staff provided Quality oversight and resident onsite inspection services in the CAF factories in Bilbão and San Sebastian, Spain, to BOOZ•Allen & Hamilton, Inc. and WMATA, during WMATA’s procurement, as well as the delivery of the agency’s 5000 series transit vehicles.
